Check if the VIP tiers in Flits are set up before migration. Make sure the tier names are the same as your old app so the assignments can be matched correctly.
Yes. Store credit, VIP tiers, and the loyalty page are available on paid plans, and VIP tiers and the loyalty page start on the Growth plan. After you install Flits, choose a paid plan to start your 14-day free trial. Growth supports up to five VIP tiers. If your loyalty program needs more, the Established plan may be a better fit.
