At Flits, transparency is at the heart of our billing practices. We believe that open communication and honesty are essential to building strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued merchants.
We are committed to full disclosure,there are no hidden fees or ambiguous terms in our application usage policies. Our billing system is built in alignment with Shopify’s Billing API to ensure clarity and trust at every step.
Each paid plan includes a monthly base charge along with usage-based charges. All usage charges fall within spending limits approved by you and are processed through Shopify’s secure billing system. Charges applied to your account will exactly match what you've authorized on the Shopify Billing Approval page, and this will also be reflected in the Flits Admin Billing section. These charges are calculated based on the plan you’ve selected and your usage within that plan.
Free Trial & Feature Exploration
We offer a 30-day free trial to help you explore Flits features with confidence. Upon installation, the free plan is automatically activated. To access premium features, you can select a paid plan that best fits your business volume and order count,your free trial will then be applied automatically.
During the trial, you’ll have full access to the chosen plan. Once the trial period concludes, billing will begin in accordance with your Shopify billing cycle.
Note:
The 30-day trial starts from the date of installation.
If you remain on the free plan and switch to a paid plan later, only the unused trial days will be available.
Once 30 days have passed since installation, the free trial will no longer be applicable.

Usage-Based Charges
Flits reserves the right to update or remove usage-based charges and their terms. You will be notified via email before any such changes take effect.
While we reserve the right to monitor usage, it is your responsibility to ensure that your usage remains within approved limits. Exceeding those limits may result in the temporary deactivation of certain features.
