New updates and announcements on Flits app
You can now enable a mini account drawer on your storefront. It shows a summarised view of the customer account, loyalty points, recent orders, wishlist, and more, and lets you promote products with recommendations and a marketing banner.
We are now integrated with Return prime. You can process refunds on returns orders using Flits store credits with Return prime integration
You can display refer & earn section and referral activity through the new customer account page block. To access this option please select ‘Customer accounts’ from customer accounts in Shopify admin settings.
Store credits compatible with new customer accounts
Flits is now a loyalty-focused app, but all other features (Account page, Wishlist, Social login) remain unchanged & accessible through the Onsite content section.
Mail and push notification are now under Loyalty program for easier accessibility and feature alignment.
Passwordless login consists of social login and OTP login options.
Loyalty Program, Wishlist have been relocated from the Premium tools section to the app navigation. Social login is under passwordless login in the app navigation. The Advanced order filter button is relocated to customer account page set up.
We have renamed the term ‘Reward credits’ to ‘Points’ at all places in our admin & store front.
Any content changes you’ve made and saved in the Flits admin will remain unchanged. You can change storefront content from translation feature under settings.
No changes have been made to store credits (refund).
