We’re seeking a Sales: Mid-Market to Enterprise to join Flits. You will identify potential Shopify merchants, demonstrate our Loyalty Program and Wishlist solutions, and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing. Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and engage potential Shopify merchants through outbound prospecting.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and business challenges.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively present Flits' solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth customer handover.

Experience & Education

  • 1–4 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling SaaS products to Shopify or e-commerce businesses.
  • Understanding of Shopify, e-commerce, or customer retention solutions.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of consultative or solution-based selling.
