Flits is a team of eCommerce experts and retail enthusiasts who are deeply connected with the Shopify community.

Who we are looking for

• Flits is seeking an innovative, detail-oriented, and mission-driven SaaS Content Writer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our documentation and communication efforts. 1+ years of experience in technical writing/blog writing or a related field in a SaaS company.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or a relevant field.
• Portfolio of previous technical writing projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Write feature updates and promotional blog posts to highlight product enhancements and engage with our user community
• Create organic content for company’s social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in technical writing, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly language.
• Familiarity with document management
• Familiar with ecommerce, ecommerce marketing SaaS products and platforms
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with communication tools like Slack, Zoho, Google meet and content tools like Excel sheet, Wordpress, Freshdesk, etc
• Knowledge of information architecture and content organization best practices.
