We’re seeking a passionate Partner Success Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling relationship with in the shopify ecosystem, driving merchant acquisition, supporting partner growth, and ensuring long-term success through collaboration, enablement, and relationship management.

What you will do
- Partnership Strategy : Identify and onboard new partners (apps, agencies, tech providers) in the Shopify ecosystem.
- Relationship Management : Build strong, long-term relationships with partners and ensure mutual growth.
- Research & Insights : Research Shopify agencies, apps, and ecosystem trends to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing & product teams to co-create campaigns and initiatives with partners.
- Success Tracking : Define and monitor KPIs to measure partnership performance and impact.
Experience & Education
- 3+ years of experience in partnership, business development or channel success ( Preferably in SaaS or e- commerce)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CRM/partnership management tools (HubSpot, Partner Stack, Sales force, etc.)
- Prior experience in SaaS, B2B partnerships, or e-commerce.
- Analytical mind set with ability to track and optimize KPIs.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure partner performance.
Interview Preparation
During the interview process, you will be assigned the following tasks:
Task 1 : Partnership Strategy Development
- Identify and prioritize five potential partners in the Shopify ecosystem—this can include apps, agencies, or technology providers.
- For each partner, explain your reasons for selecting them and outline a high-level strategy to approach and onboard them.
Task 2 : Agency Research
- Research the top 10 Shopify agencies in the USA.
- For each agency, provide:
- Agency Name & website link
- Key Clients
- Core Services Offered
Task 3 : Success Metrics Definition
- Define five key metrics (KPIs) that you would track to measure the success of a Shopify partnership program.
- Explain why each metric is important and how it contributes to partnership growth and impact.
